I help founders, CEOs and boards of growth-and early stage businesses that have outgrown founder-led finance. I’ve worked with founder led ASX-listed groups, private and family-backed businesses, and companies operating across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada and the US.

I solve the problems that appear when growth outpaces the existing finance function capability and capacity. I help businesses plan the transformation of their finance team and processes to support business growth. I’ve built finance functions from scratch as the first finance hire, consolidated multi-entity groups, established financial governance frameworks for listed groups, and supported businesses through acquisitions, capital raisings, cost resets and exits.
