About
I help founders and leadership teams when design has become too important to stay ad hoc, but a full-time design leader does not make sense yet. I work across product, UX and brand, setting direction, fixing the foundations and helping build the capability to keep going without me. I stay hands-on and do the design work myself, rather than only advising other people's work. I have spent 24 years in design, from being one of the first product designers at Up to building Bendigo Bank's first digital design practice and leading design at Lyrebird Health.

- Helped take Up from concept to launch as one of its first product designers.
- Stood up Bendigo Bank's first digital design practice, hired its first designers and built demand for design across the business.
- Developed the investment narrative for Medical Angels. The central idea, “the money follows the medicine”, won over former Startmate CEO Michael Batko, who joined as venture partner to help raise their $40m fund.
