Hi everyone, I’m Brylee, founder of Brooks People Advisory (BPA).
BPA specialises in HR recruitment, but while I continue building the business, I’d also love to help other founders who need experienced recruitment support but aren’t ready to hire a full-time internal recruiter.
I’ve spent 20 years across both agency recruitment and internal TA, including building recruitment functions from the ground up. My style is very hands-on — I like to muck in and get the work done.
