I'm a Technology Talent Acquisition Leader with 20+ years of recruitment experience, including more than 16 years specialising in technology across Australia, Europe and Asia.

I've worked across internal Talent Acquisition, specialist technology recruitment and business ownership, partnering with founders, executives and technology leaders to attract great people and build high-performing teams.

Having founded and run my own recruitment and leadership development businesses, I bring a perspective that goes beyond filling vacancies. I understand the commercial realities of growing a business, the challenges of scaling teams and the importance of getting hiring decisions right.

My sweet spot is working with growing technology companies, particularly scale-ups, where I can combine hands-on recruitment with talent strategy, workforce planning and building recruitment capability.

I'm now looking to bring that experience back into a technology business as a Talent Acquisition Lead or Head of Talent Acquisition, contributing from within a team and helping shape its next stage of growth.

Big wins

• Led internal Talent Acquisition for a Data & AI consultancy, recruiting 28 additional consultants during COVID-19 while supporting an existing workforce of approximately 150.
• Founded and led a specialist technology recruitment agency, delivering 38 placements and championing women's representation in technology through candidate advocacy that led to the creation of new, exclusive roles.
• Founded TechtoExec, a career and leadership development business, coaching technology professionals from emerging leaders through to executive level, supporting career progression and leadership development.
