I’ve spent more than 20 years building, scaling and transforming businesses across APAC, from SaaS and technology through to digital infrastructure and professional services. I’ve built teams from 3 to 55 people, led multi country businesses, repositioned brands, raised capital and built the commercial and operational foundations businesses need to grow.
I work with founders and leadership teams to figure out what’s getting in the way of growth and what needs to change to move the business forward. Sometimes that’s strategy. Sometimes it’s commercial performance, operations or positioning. More often, it’s connecting the dots across all of them.
